From foreign partner, the documents needed as below:
The copy of the Company Directors Passports.
Bank Reference Letters from investor’s bank.
Passport copy of:
Parent company's director
China company's Legal Representative and
China company's supervisor
The China Legal Representative provide the photos and a brief resume CV
Business Scope and Several proposed Chinese names of China company
Registered Address which includes:
Copies of the property ownership certificate of the registered address
Copies of the original lease contract and invoice of the registered address
Other documents that support your application, like business plan, scope of work – in Chinese
From Chinese partner, the documents needed as below:
The copies of the IDs of the Chinese & foreign investors
The copies of Chinese partner's China company business license with the company stamp
The copies of CPA firm's capital verification report with Chinese partner's company stamp
The copies of Chinese partner's last year audit report with company stamp
The copy of the board director's name list of the Joint Venture
The copies of Chinese partner's local company's article of association
